AI requests
When you submit a request, its text is sent securely to the AI Guidance server and processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. Requests and generated replies are also processed by a content-safety model before a reply is displayed. Cloudflare processes that information under its applicable terms and privacy practices. AI Guidance does not intentionally add your AI request to its feedback file.
Files and images
If you choose to attach up to five supported files when starting or continuing a conversation, the web server receives them in a temporary upload area for the current request. Each group is limited to 25 MB combined. TXT and CSV content is read temporarily by the AI Guidance server. Other supported documents and images are sent securely to Cloudflare’s Markdown Conversion service so they can be converted into text or an image description. That extracted content is then included in your AI request.
AI Guidance does not move uploaded files into website storage, add them to a database, email them, or intentionally include their contents in application logs. Every temporary server file is explicitly deleted when processing ends. Extracted attachment text is kept only in the current page’s memory and is not saved in browser storage. A file-based session, including its displayed answers, clears when the page is refreshed or closed.
Temporary processing still means the file must pass through the web server and, for converted formats, Cloudflare. AI Guidance cannot promise that third-party infrastructure makes no transient operational copies. Do not upload passwords, account numbers, private health information, confidential business records, government identification, or anything you would not want processed by a third-party service.
Tester feedback
Feedback is stored in a private file outside the public website and may also be emailed to the site owner. The feedback form does not request your name or email address. Feedback may be reviewed to improve the prototype.
Response ratings
If you rate an AI Guidance response, the site stores a random response identifier, the general task category, your rating, an optional reason category, and the submission time in a private file outside the public website. Your request and the AI-generated response are not included in this rating record.
Early-access list
If you join the early-access list, the name you choose to provide, your email address, membership interest, optional goal, consent, and submission time are emailed to the site owner. A confirmation email is also sent to the address you provide. No payment information is collected.
Organization requests
If you submit the organization form, the company name, contact name, work email address, any office or mobile telephone numbers you provide, preferred contact method, team size, selected areas of interest, stated goal, timeline, consent, and submission time are emailed to the site owner. A confirmation email may also be sent to the work email address you provide. This information is used to review and respond to the organization’s request.
For abuse prevention, a hashed network identifier may be retained briefly to limit repeated form submissions and file conversions. It is not included in inquiry emails and is not stored with a filename or file content.
What you should not enter
Do not enter passwords, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, private health information, confidential company data, or other sensitive personal information.
Future features
This notice will be updated before accounts, subscriptions, analytics, or additional third-party services are introduced.
